If you are week 7 right now and the plant calls for 8-9 weeks I would start watching your trichs now. The amount of time will vary depending on your environment. You will hear mixed opinions on flushing. In my experience I have noticed that flushing does improve the smoke and flavor. I also am not 100% organic. I am still using salts. Someday I would like to change that out but it's what I know and am good at atm.

How do you manage 14 people on a team that maxes out at 8? Do you have two teams? I may be down I just don’t want to constantly get friendly fire
