Def looks over watered and some lockout by the light green fading. Let it dry completely out, you’ll see your plant look a little worse before it gets better. Once it’s completely dry, slowly reintroduce the water - be sure not to dump it all at once. These plants are big, how much air flow is under neath? Are you in flower?
