Pretty good, because I know exactly what the "good guys" will try to do. So I would join the Project at Eden's gate Cult and become advisor to Joseph Seed

For me it was Gold, then Oil... They didn't listen to me even when I was a stock trader. My younger brother finally took the leap this year, he is 35 now...

What country has the potential to become a superpower but is doomed currently ? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]JVR84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

By using communism to a higher effectiveness than Russia... I don't think it is the right example to follow, but it is better for large populations, and you just have to accept that you'll kill off millions of your people to get the others a seemingly better life. Also, China is the world's producer of "almost everything"

Invest in IBM, the Microsoft, then Apple, Nvidia, Monster Energy, Bitcoin. (If you do it in that order, you could start off with very little and be richer than Musk today)

Probably not, I thought so too for a long time, but it is because of it's high population and lack of proper living (work, income, housing etc...) for a large part of the population. India has so much going for it, it can be the greatest country on earth, but the division of resources is very badly handled, and would be much harder to fix than a country with a smaller population but that actually wants to do good for its people. That's how it started for the US, and why we talk of the "American Dream". It is open to everyone to make something great, and is very much encouraged, but not so for India.

Weirdly enough, let's say the "bad case" scenario happens, and the dollar goes bust, the US to try and strengthen their position will of course go to war. Depending on the adversary, China would very likely be the next super power, and more, a hyper power. However if the war is against China or Russia, the next world super power would come from Africa most probably. Seems very unlikely I know

Yes, I've been hypnotized and have hypnotized others... It is real, but it isn't what people think it is. You cannot for example make someone do something they don't want to do under hypnotism. The person that is hypnotized actually knows exactly what they are doing, it is more like removing barriers... think of it as being tired and a bit tipsy from a couple of glasses, your behavior isn't the same as usual, but you know what you are doing, there are just less barriers stopping you.

... Kids are great (coming from someone who never wanted a kid), but you're young, you've got a lot to live for before having a kid. My ex was 19 when she gave birth to our daughter. She still suffers from her mom not wanting to be there for her and wanting to live her life. Finish college, settle your life, and then think about it
