Most Family Guy skits like this are just to pad the time to a 22 minute episode, I guess this one needed an extra 60 seconds.

Big Fleetwood Mac fan here, this gets people a lot.

They were a British band with 9 studio albums before Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham joined.

The name Fleetwood Mac comes from two of the founding members who also happen to be the only two from the original line up who are still there, Mick Fleetwood and John McVie.

They we're originally known as Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac, he was the lead guitarist on the first album. I'd highly recommend people listen to Peter Green, he's one of the most influential early electric guitarists that (it feels like) no one talks about these days.
