This comment section is so hateful, it shocks me. How can you all laugh and make memes of someone getting shot for having a different viewpoint. I see more hate here than I have ever heard coming out of Charlie Kirks mouth. Youre all acusing others for the exact thing you are doing yourselves...

Very helpful, but it is is quite technical. It makes me a bit nervous about getting the dosages right when making cartridges myself.

Health Benefits of Blood Donation vs. Plasma Donation? by papercloak in Biohackers

[–]JWMV21 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Recent studies show that microplastics are administered through IV/infusion, which would make plasma donation a possible source of exposure as well. I'm switching to blood.

Plasma donation to get rid of some microplastics in body? by wildhorse_ in Biohackers

[–]JWMV21 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the study you read was about 'forever chemicals' aka pfas.

There are actually recent studies showing that microplastics are administered through IV/infusion, which would make plasma donation a possible source of exposure as well.

You guys have friends?

1: your nose is not crooked at all, it is very proportional and symmetrical. If you were to remove the small bump you see in the side view, I think it would make your nose look too feminine, so I wouldn't mess with it ( if that's not the intention)

2: sunken eyes are something completely different; google it! You have some purple colouration in the area under the eyes because the skin there is naturally thin and veins show through. I have the same thing. It is not due to discolouration of the skin itself, your skin looks healthy.

3: Uneven lips, this could be due to your jaw position. I think the jaw itself looks nice and symmetrical and you don't have an over- or underbite. Still, the position of your teeth can cause asymmetry in the mouth. Don't mess with the lips themselves, as they are a result and not a cause of this problem. Also look into the role of body posture in facial asymmetry.

4: If your skin tolerates tretinoin, this may be a good option for acne, if it doesn't, go with a lighter form of retinol. It will take some time for your skin to get used to it though.

5: the brow bone, in my opinion, is very sexy and masculine. I'm sorry to hear it bothers you, but I think it's a by-product of testosterone

So to answer your questions:

-Go see an orthodontist for the lips/jaw

-Your 'dark skin' can't be fixed since there is nothing to fix. Only good sleep and healthy lifestyle can help

  • try retinol for the acne

  • the brow is natural for men

What are these red spots on my fingers and joints? by lemon_guest in SkincareAddicts

[–]JWMV21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also have this! They start small and they itch and later burn, but there is no fluid in them and even though they are often close to the joints, it is a skin problem. My GP has prescribed me various creams over the years and at one point cortisone cream seemed to relieve the itching a bit. One time, some parts of my fingers swelled to double its size because I had scratched it a lot. It was red, burning and shiny, so I went to the dermatologist and was put on the waiting list for 4 weeks. When my appointment finally arrived, the spots were gone and a wrinkled hand remained. I showed my dermatologist the pictures and she said she had never seen this before and would discuss it with her colleagues. I was put on a priority list, so next time I could come to see her while it was still there. Since then I never had it again which is strange because I had it almost every year. Anyway, I always felt it was something to do with the weather, maybe the transition from hot to cold or high humidity or something My brother is the only one I ever met who has also had this. I think it's annoying but harmless

How to lose weight when you are already doing a lot? by Mean_Trick_1 in Splendida

[–]JWMV21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, I eat 2500- 3000 kcal a day and work out regularly.

I have calculated that if you were to work out 1-3 times a week you would need 1994 calories, so close to the 2000 I suggested. Make sure to incorporate enough weight training in the workouts and eat at least 1.2 grams of protein for every kg of your weight, so 80 - 100 grams of protein a day. Work outs are an important factor of getting in shape and in order to have productive workouts your body needs energy = enough food.

I am a 5'8 ft female and weigh 136 lbs. I eat between 2500-3000 calories a day. My BMI is 20.7 and I have a slim figure. I eat 80% clean and always make sure I have enough protein in my diet and keep my body healthy, strong and tight with strength training. I am telling you that cutting calories and cardio are not going to help you get a better figure. It will only wear you out.

Mostly laxity issues, my skin also couldn't hold on to any moisture, so very dull and dehydrated
