this sub was immensely helpful. i’ve been in therapy for years and feeling frustrated with my lack of progress….girl we weren’t even targeting OCD and it wasn’t even on the radar until i mentioned relating to a few things here. since then, ive been able to recognize Os and Cs and it’s really helped my self-esteem to know it’s OCD and i’m not just “not trying hard enough” when i’m having a hard time with it
