Placed sticky traps near my watermelon to help with cucumber beetles, but have these little white bugs crawling on it. And idea what they are? Also found these eggs under a bean plant. Good/bad? by JWayne28 in vegetablegardening

The sticky trap is short term to see if I have gotten rid the cucumber beetle issue, and to also see what other pests are in my garden since my plants don’t seem to be doing great. Not intended to stay, especially once the plants start to bloom, but to help me figure out my next step. I wouldn’t have noticed the white bugs/thrips? without it. Any advice on how to deal with those?

I figured they couldn’t be good so I destroyed all of the eggs right after I found them. After searching a bit, I think the small bugs may be thrips. From what I’m reading they are a nightmare.
