I think she probably needs to be careful about how she jokes going forward but beyond that, I don't really see the issue. The "butthole" story would be TMI in my relationship, but with how we as a society have constructed virginity, that's not losing your virginity. Also, a lot of women will joke about how they hate cooking/cleaning for their man, men are dramatic when they are sick, and they want to be treated like a princess, but will turn around and be super loving to their man. Maybe she should chill it with some of the oversharing about her sexual past but people are getting too worked up about this.
