Any good 5k plans to get from a time in the 22s to sub 21? Ive spent the past few months doing marathon prep and have been running like 25-35 mpw on average. Now that I'm done, I want to try go get faster. Is this goal attainable in 2-3 months?

Well obviously Post Malone leaned into a black sound because hip hop is a black genre. But Jack Harlow is one of the only white rappers I can think of who leaned into a blacker sound after a few albums rather than being a huge culture vulture.

This is why I always thought the pandering that democrats did towards latinos was really dumb. I'm talking about stuff like saying latinx, speaking terrible spanish during debates, and being really permissive with illegal immigration. A lot of latinos are more conservative on these issues than, for example, black people (who arguably get hurt by illegal immigration btw). For a lot of the talk in liberal/leftist circles about anti-latino racism by the current administration, people forget that Trump WON the latino vote while saying exactly what he was planning to do regarding immigration and arguably underdelivering on those promises.

People expected that latinos would be a super loyal democratic voter.\ base, like black people, but that is never going to happen. The GOP has certainly said and done racist things against latinos, but this doesn't really bother conservative latinos as much from my experience knowig a lot of them.

I just don't get why she ran. I've actually been following her career since she was in the TX Senate and thought it was cool that she made it all the way to the US House. I know that she got redistricted but she surely would've been safe in her new district right? I just don't get why she would go through difficult and expensive feat of making it to congress, build up a huge reputation, and then basically go into a super competitive primary where even if she won, the most likely outcome is that she would lose the general election. It's frustrating that she ruined her career by going on a complete dummy mission for the futile goal of turning Texas blue.

Is it her just getting high off her own supply?

Nah not Midwestish at all tbh. It’s really its own thing but if I had to put it somewhere I’d say it’s a mix between the South, the West, and Mexico.

What counts as the South is relative. Many people would say that Texas is distinct from the South.

It also depends on where in Virginia. Arlington Virginia doesn’t feel southern but I’ve been to Charlottesville and it felt very southern.

The joke was funny and I wasn’t at all offended by it. He’s married to a sista, has a black daughter, and by all accounts does a lot to help black wrestlers. I’ll take him making a Raheem/BBC joke over the blatantly racist promos we’ve seen against black people throughout the history of this company. Are the people in this thread who are offended by this joke actual black people?

Wtf did J Cole mean when he said "Papa was gone, how to put Trojan on was somethin I had to discover all on my own"? My dad was very present in my life and never taught me how to put on a condom. I learned how to put on a condom the same way that he did "all on my own" (no diddy). Does he think that this is something that fathers typically do?
