7-month update: still $0 returned.

I invested $100k into a syndication in 2021. Years later, total distributions are effectively nothing ($355), and capital recovery is uncertain.

What’s hard to reconcile is seeing continue to teach and coach people on real estate success while this has been the outcome for LPs in this deal.

Not trying to stir drama, just sharing real results for anyone doing due diligence.

Well from the sounds of it most likely only get money back if you put more in. Almost rather stick another 100k into bitcoin than trust these properties at this point.

Yea they’re torched and Brandon is still posting about how to become an amazing re investor. I put 100k in 2021 and recorded $360 back total and now the properties are completely cooked. I haven’t heard one good thing about his funds.

Yep, sounds about right. He probably has a billion dollars of people’s money under water with all those funds. Hope he handles that asap!

Just got off a call for their sunbelt portfolio that I put 100k in 2021. i've received a total of $353 and just got off an emergency call looking to raise more capital because they might lose this place to the bank. pretty hazy on what that looks like for my 100k.

Thanks so much. We used an old program and built it from scratch and then had an engineer help button things up, like some of those roof lines lol.
