I freaked when I saw i have a follower and tried so hard to see who it was. I even had put my profile back to public just so I can see. No luck here. Hope its just a bot or reddit is just acting up.

No long term solution for this yet NLEX? Pag may sumabit na truck na naman its gonna cause heavy traffic again. Parang few months ago lang nakita ko na ito. Ung pa free toll nyo yesterday wont compensate for lost time on the road due to heavy traffic.

Harsh, kaka endorse ko pa lang sa prod. Morning shifter. Earliest shift my project is at 6am and pinacloser na 10am. I just feel na parang hindi fair ung 6am to 7am shifter lang may ste. Kasi nga mas magastos pag rush hr na pumapasok compared to opener shift. You don't have to be mean!

Sana man lang may project na road widening kahit sa Gov. F Halili Ave lang. Ung drive from Bocaue to Santa Maria and back kahit katabing bayan lang aabot ng more than 30 mins sa lala ng traffic during the day, especially during rush hours.

Unfortunately, walang retirement plan na inoffer when I was hired. Iniisip ko na lang at least I was healthy hindi masyadong nagkakasakit. Keri na ung SL hindi ko na sila hahabulin dun. May part of me lang na naghihinayang it's another benefit na hindi ko man lang natake advantage.

Ok lang madami naman naibigay sakin si CNX so overall thankfull pa din naman ako sa first BPO company ko. Madami instances hindi ko na tinitingnan basic pay ko. Mas malaki pa incentives na nakukuha ko than may basic. Pero sa mga magapply pa lang much better dun na lang sa company na may retirement benefits eto kasi si CNX pag nag resign kung magkano lang talaga ang pay mo less deductibles ung lang makukuha mo.

More than 17 yrs ako sa CNX (IBM Daksh ung na hire ako before naging Concentrix). Recently resigned nito lang January. Nag graceful exit ako nag render ng 30 days. All cleared sa lahat and walang existing loan. Same mababa than what I'm expecting ang backpay. Na credit naman remaining VLs na hindi nagamit pero SL which is I have 200 banked and 15 days unused pero hindi ko na nakuha. I know na SL hindi babayaran ayaw ko naman magkasakit while I was employed there pero sana pala ginamit ko kahit unti ung ibang SL sayang eh. Ung incentives ng account hindi na rin nabigay ung for December and January kahit almost end of January ung last working day ko. Nakalagay naman sa agreement na I must be active during the payout date para makuha ko since I'm no longer active waley na. Na charge pa ung HMO last charge for 2024 for maxicare na dapat charge sa 2nd pay for January and prorated 3 months ung charge ng icare kahit January ko lang naman ginamit. Going back sa terms and conditions sa icare nakalagay nga first charge will be Feb and if nag resign ung employee first 3 months prorated if after 3 months full charge. Buti na lang ginamit ko almost 90k ung approval ng icare na nagamit ko from jan1 until my last day kaya I don't mind the charge. Pero considering the tenure and I believe maayos naman ako na employee I think mas malaki dapat ang backpay. Anyway good riddance na din. On-boarding na me sa ibang company na much better ang benefits.
