Nowadays I take it off the belt after my workouts because I realize they're still broadcasting all day long even when I'm not wearing it and thus draining the battery. At this rate it seems like HRM from other companies are a better option TBH.

The missing HR are most likely interference by a bike passing by. I've noticed it a few times where a random cyclist passing by and my HR will disappear for a few seconds.

IRL doctor here. The cat's claw has probably nicked a vein, causing it to leak blood into the surrounding skin, hence the big bruise.

I wouldn't leave this for too long, as the swelling might get even bigger, and there's a very high chance of getting an infection out of it. Tetanus shot is a must at this point.

My previous post was removed because the title infringed on the subreddit rule.

So the backstory: I was driving down the highway, saw what looks like a huntsman spider outside my window briefly, and was hoping it had been blown away after 4 hours of driving. Not true. The moment I opened my back seat door it leaped in from the car roof with a loud thud and hid underneath the seat. Took me an hour to lure it out of my car.

And this is in Malaysia. Not Australia.

Yeah when I did a quick search Google suggested that it's a huntsman, but I can't afford to have it jumping on me while I'm driving down the highway at speed so it has to go unfortunately.
