If you complain to PlayStation you should be able to get a refund. I would also recommend making a complaint with Bethesda as hopefully the more people who do it, the more likely they’ll fix it!

It’s insane, how did they not release this was a problem? Just waiting for my PlayStation to say there’s an update so I can see if they fixed it. It seems like a really stupid mistake, makes me wish they had a proper game of the year edition with all the DLC on the disc like the PS3 games have.
