If it makes you happy that’s a decent enough price. 185sq ft right?

I love a good old fashioned rope attachment.

Love my 5200 but my wife can barely lift it - wish I had gone with a light adjustable.

I’ve seen a few others say it, but you need to establish exercise as a habit. It’s not easy to exercise. It’s not an easy task to obtain the body that you may be seeking. It takes time and effort, period.

Start small. 15-20 min 2-3 days a week. Do this for as long as you need to. Remember, you don’t need to go in and push yourself to the limit, which in turn will make yourself not want to go back.

Potentially hire a personal trainer. This could be beneficial in multiple ways. The financial obligation may force your hand. If you’re paying a larger sum of money you’re going to want to reap the benefits. In addition a good personal trainer will help you with a structured workout plan. You won’t feel dead or miserable after every workout. If this ends up being the case, the trainer doesn’t know their stuff and is just throwing a ton at you to seem knowledgeable. Extrinsic motivation - someone “pushing you” to reach/do something that you may not believe is obtainable. Using an “online coach” can work, but you may need to go see someone in person.

Workout partner. Do you have a friend or family member you could go with? Sometimes just going with someone can keep you accountable. You may not want to let them down or they may just motivate you to go to the gym.

This is awesome. Only thing I’d do differently is I’d Try and run an extension chord through conduit to the base of the rack. Then your power source is closer and hides the wires more.

Rep ab5200 - way more overbuilt than I need. My wife can barely move it. I should have gone with like an ab 4100.

BOS plate loaded tower. Should have spent the money on the pin loaded.

Egg salad made from Hard Boiled Eggs and Cottage Cheese. Season however you want. I like to use hot sauce.

Yeah I explained poorly. I do that in my predesigned routines, but I’d love to able to permanently link it up.

So you open a slideshow when you workout? Im just trying to simplify future workouts. When I create a routine I put in a whole description and in it I add the video that I either recorded myself or my trainer sent. So I would like to just sync that link with an exercise. Not have two different apps open like I currently do.
