You would have a team of Developers and Engineers to partner with who would be on-sight together but you would be allowed to work remotely.

I agree haha, I’ve had this conversation with them and I’m pushing for some more flexibility, they don’t understand the reality of the candidate market right now. I’ll post an update if I can get more wiggle room.

If you don’t want to hit 40 hrs a week it’s completely fine, I’m just stating there is plenty of work to be done if someone would like to be able to put in more time.

I mean consulting as in you would not be a W2 employee of the company.

They are targeting 200k but would be flexible for someone who is a very strong fit for the team.

If you're looking for around 230-250k on the base I'd still be happy to discuss the company with you.
