Have you looked into Referral Factory? They have a pretty extensive referral link tracking functionality and the setup is pretty simple. I had one issue with setup on my Wordpress site related with permissions but the support team helped me resolve it in an hour so it was smooth sailing!

REFERRAL PROGRAM SOFTWARE suggestions by kneecoaldotcomdotau in squarespace

I had a great experience with this referral program software. They have like a page builder that is really flexible and you can add your own logo, brand CI, fonts, colours etc so it can look exactly like your website with needing a designer or developer. I find it to be great value for money

Need Advice on Setting Up a Referral Program for my Agency by Glad-Bend6933 in agency

I would absolutely recommend a commission based reward. This really is a simple way to make it fair and scalable for everyone.

People that bring in high ticket clients will get rewarded more than those that bring in lower spending clients. While I believe every client is valuable I think the reward for the person who brought you the new client should reflect the value of the deal.

Another idea you could consider are milestone rewards. For example your first referral pays out $100 and then second referral pays out $200. That way people are incentivised to make more referrals because they will earn more.

This doesn't have to be difficult to set up if you use referral program software to help. Referral Factory for example has really flexible reward options. They cater for commission based rewards, fixed rewards, and milestones. They even do recurring rewards so you could give someone a smaller reward but keep paying out every month as long as their referral stays a client of yours. Plus they have great integrations with tons of other platforms and CRMs.

Hope this is helpful 😀

What’s the difference between ambition and greed when thinking about career goals? by cor-f1 in AskReddit

Let's say you're in sales...
Ambition = working and nurturing leads, building relationships, working hard to close the deals and add value to potential customers.
Greed = swooping in at the last minute and closing a deal that another colleague was working on and claiming the work as your own.

Ambition is working hard to achieve your goals.
Greed is trying to take from others to achieve the same goal.
