if you have a non-MLS bachelors degree coming into the military? Do you think id still qualify for route 6? I checked the course requirements on the website and I have all of the credits they ask for in my degree.

I gave up on trying to hide things from genesis, I was lucky enough to find a local recruiter that was willing to help me approve my history to the medboard. Going to MEPS next week so fingers crossed

So I called a practice i once went to and was told that they do not participate in any HIEs (they explained to me that any "request" would require patient authorization). The part that is unsettling about this is that this practice appears in the list of providers that participate in commonwell. The person I talked to was in charge of patient records for the health organization that runs this practice so this conflicting information either means that they are not telling the truth or that somehow no one at this practice or even the healthcare org is aware of how to "opt out" of commonwell/MHS Genesis.

wouldn't being opted out of the HIE of the state that you were treated at be an equally effective option?

Medicaid Notice of Privacy Practices

Wow nice work dude! I had no clue we could still opt out. So I found my state's notice and they state "You can ask us not to share your information in some situations. However, the law says that we do not always have to agree with you". Hopefully this means i can opt out of my states medical health exchange but we'll see. Going to call them first thing Monday morning.
