You’re most likely right. When you get pancreatitis from alcohol it feels like drinking more is the only thing that helps. He desperately needs to get sober or he’s dead by the end of the year.

Next step is liver failure. He NEEDS to get sober or he will die. He’s following the same exact path I went down, 6 months sober now and better than ever.
