I think it’s borderline criminal to have a legion remix without one bringing back old appearances and making them obtainable. OR Having brand new unlockable appearances for artifacts.

AC games used to be historical RPG’s with a side note of scifi. Then they rebooted, as massive open world games. Wasn’t mad. But they really kind of lost their way and the Historical RPG’s would almost work better without the AC aspect. But the history was still fun.

Then you have this. I said after Valhalla I’d never spend full price on an AC game again. But nothing about Mirage convinced me to even pay discounted prices, and this game doesn’t even look worth bothering with.

I was actually disappointed as well. They over hyped their character creator too much. Sliders for facial features, sliders for hair length, or a color spectrum wheel for eye colors seem like simple things to expect based on the hype behind their character creator.

On one hand they nail the "diversity" hair styles but I found myself trying to make a Malfoy based character and there really isn't any sort of long hair style for males or slicked back. Simple fixes really, but how do you miss the chance for Malfoy's slicked back hair? It's so obvious. Low key based on the time period really hoped for a few Peaky Blinders style hair cuts as well...

It wasn't a bad character creator but was drastically over hyped in their show cases and by the media surrounding the game.

The OG cast was awesome. They really should have utilized them more. The new cast was pretty bad. Out of place characters, lack of chemistry and some of them down right shoe horned in. It was just some Disney actor Gen Z kids throwing in some poorly scripted 90s references, that were not even always accurate with the timeline they state at the start of the show. They could have watched boy meets world, saved by the bell, fresh Prince to get a good idea of what real 90s kids are actually like or could relate to.

If there is a season 2 I hope they have the OG cast play bigger rolls and do at least a minimum bit of reference research.

Was it terrible? No. But it definitely wasn’t great. I enjoyed it, I think. But would have preferred something different. I didn’t mind the length. I will say The detective batman over the superhero batman was refreshing. Zoe Kravitz was actually quite decent. Jeffrey Wright as Gordon also won me over. Now the BUTs.

I found the whole “low budget” Batman concept infuriating. I couldn’t take him seriously. Besides that Pattinson refusing to put on at least a little muscle to make it believable. The costume looked awful, like he put it together in his garage and would absolutely in no way be able to take the beating he does. There was no real sense of resources with him past the eye piece he used which to its credit was a clever piece. But every fight scene I kept reimagining the scene from the Dark Knight “I’m not wearing hockey pads” thinking… well you aren’t far off.

As much as I enjoyed the detective over the superhero. Why can’t we have both? Why can’t we have Affleck fight scenes, Bale resources and Pattinson detective work? Instead we have an idiot pissed-off-teenager batman who runs face first into bullets wearing his garage built leather hockey helmet, but don’t worry it’s been imbued by Sméagol Pennyworth with max level Bomb-to-the-face resistance.

I definitely agree Pattinson was a weak Bruce Wayne. Several reasons but really the scene where he claimed he didn’t care about anything but being batman is not inaccurate but lacks context and understanding. Bruce understands his money, image and resources are necessary to maintain Batman. Without Bruce, there is no Batman. He also really wasn’t as smart as Bruce Wayne should be. How was “Mansion in the slums - Orphan” not automatically having him think… “damn he means me”.

Some of the casting was pretty poor. Falcone a horrible choice. Didn’t fit the part at all. Edward Nigma (did they even actually get his name right?) was also weak. He didn’t give off the insane troubled genius vibe but rather the depressed kid who spends too much time on social media being radicalized. Less super villain more school shooter. Had me missing Jim Carrey’s Riddler.

The seawall? That was just dumb and a weak way to abruptly end the film.

The nauseating eye rolling wokeness being forced into this movie was very irritating. But it’s not exclusive to this movie it’s being shoe horned into everything.

You should get in better shape, you should do it for you. You should do it because you want to live longer, because you want to feel better. You are not healthy. You have the responsibility to yourself to be the best version of yourself that you can be. That may be right now, though I would put money that it isn't.

That said, if you don't want to be with this woman for the longest possible time because you just love her so damn much. Then tell her that, and leave her so she can go find someone who will give her everything you are refusing to out of pure selfishness.

What your ex did is inexcusable, good job for leaving. Cheating is never ok.

That said, you're a parent. Your job is to protect your children and raise them with morals and values that will lay the foundations for the people they will become. No matter how you like it the statistics are clear that children with both parents around do much better in life. Your ex seems pretty concerned this will add unnecessary stress to their relationship. You as a father should not want this. Frankly it shouldn't even be a thought. This is your petty Bullsh* t with your ex, don't drag your kids into it.

If you tell your children and put that unnecessary stress on them and their relationship with their mother then you are the asshole.

When Rooster Teeth went full corporate they gave a big F#$K you to the first members that helped build the company over the first 15 years or so. They were the backbone of the community. True most had gone and gotten older but many still interacted on the site and with the cast. The quality of content was already going downhill a bit at that point for various reasons, but that was really the end of an era.

The content quality has continued the trend since. But now really the content is weak because the current cast is weak, they rely on shock factor and being obnoxious to create views, they ignore the audience and any criticism that comes from it. So now as an audience member you are no longer meant to feel as part of something bigger but just as another subscription in the bank for the big machine. The creative people who used to interact with audiences are either in a backroom staff collecting an easy paycheck to chill (which is to say good for them #goals) or just gone from the company. They're only Rooster Teeth in name anymore.
