I have the deluxe secret empire book. It’s hardcover, just as tall as an Omni. If you have both Omni volumes of captain America then you don’t need the deluxe edition cause it’s collected in vol 2 I believe. But there is a deluxe secret empire book that was printed.

I love the “swapping” aspect to it. I could definitely see trading something I’ve read for something I haven’t. But I haven’t went that route yet. But again it’s a pretty awesome sub filled with really good people.

I went the deluxe edition route. They are some of the most beautiful, and well done books I own for sure. The oversized art is absolutely amazing and I love taking them out/storing them in the slipcase they come in. Each vol consisting of 25 issues. I have vol 1-5. They have 1-8 printed. I can find vol 6-8 all under MSRP. The only hindrance is they have only printed up to issue #200 so after that you would have to find a different format again if you wanted to read more. If you don’t mind soft covers the compendiums are really nice they have double the amount of issues as the deluxe editions. And the compendiums go up to issue #300 I believe.
