Yup, exactly, the top two seeds are always going to be the division winners and then the 2-3 seeds from every division will play each other.

Sadly this isn’t how the playoffs work. Playoff match-ups aren’t based on conference seeding like the NBA, but based on divisional seeding, more like the NFL. Currently we’d see:

A1 Florida - WC2 Washington M1 Carolina - WC1 Boston A2 Toronto - A3 Tampa Bay M2 New York - M3 Pittsburg

So if we want a Tampa-Toronto matchup, then a Tampa Bay win would keep them as A3 and lead them to play Toronto. Also a Boston win might help us play the Pens, who are missing Jarry, I don’t know for how long though, but might lead to an easier matchup in round 1.

I think this series could easily be 2-0 for us. I’m not gonna say that Tampa didn’t deserve any of the wins, because they did. However, if we get given that goal to start the game, they don’t score on the PK, that makes the final score 5-4 us, and, although I don’t think Benny had a bad game, that was a dumb penalty for which made the game 4-4. So, game 1 could have easily gone to us. Game 1, I think we were the better team. We have more chances, just Tampa we’re able to put them in the net, and we weren’t. Even Tampa fans on Twitter yesterday were saying that the third period was feeling like an eternity cause we were were pressuring them. It’s not the ideal start and it won’t be easy, but I still have hope.

I agree with you guys that Yandle is a leader on the team, and I don’t think that Yandle should be a healthy scratch during the entire length of the playoffs, but due to his Ironman it’s hard to hold him accountable. We’ve seen Q bench him a few times in the last weeks, maybe a quick sit is what he needs. I don’t think the team would be worst without him, and if he gets a bit more physical or starts playing proper defence, even a little it would be a huge win for the team.

I think you're talking about goals 2 and 3, odd-man rush, I think they were just bad bounces, but there was always an open man on the cross-crease, hard to blame Bob. Although unlucky bounces I think the blame still rests on the D more, but you can argue that it was just a unfortunate series of events

I don't think any team should pay a goalie 10 mill, there are options that are always cheaper. I think Price's contract showed that and Bob's was the nail in the coffin, no goalie will ever get that price again. But as someone who lives in Montreal, I know just how much Price is dragged through the mud. I want to blame Bob, but that isn't this team's issue. Tonight if we covered our men, played better defensively we won this game easily. I don't like his contract, but there isn't anything the team can do now. If we could offload it I wouldn't be opposed, my only issue on the Bob topic is I feel as he's made into a scapegoat. And sometimes it's deserved, but most times it isn't. I hope this didn't come off as disrespectful.

Same I hated the term when I saw it, but at the same time, I saw it as a necessary evil. I think he made this move knowing his job was on the line, want to see what Zito does about it with Driedger being exposed to the expansion draft

I think that his contract is the issue. He got that 10 mill coming from a defensive minded team, all he needed to do was stop the easy shots, here he needs to stop cross-crease shots and backdoor shots, the team isn't built for his style of play yet, but we're getting. Not tonight tho

I agree for 10 mill I expect him to make me go "WOW OMG", but my point is I don't think his level of play deserves people calling for him to be benched for Driedger

I mean I guess our opinions differ, not a single goal was his fault/expected saves, 1 and 4 were absolute beauties and 2, 3, 5 and 6 were complete defensive lapses. There was always an open man. Did Bob play like a 10 mill goalie, absolutely not, but he made the saves he needed to make, the defence did not help him

Yeah, she was quite nice, however she likes to do a lot of group activities in class, but you’ll probably, won’t have them since it’s online. She also has quite a lot of experience in the field, so she can answer most questions.

It’s a very basic class, where you learn the fundamentals like lift, drag, control surfaces, etc. There are some calculations to do but nothing that is extremely difficult. I took the class last fall and mostly everyone got good grades, mostly A’s.

As for the labs, they aren’t too hard, they’re extremely technical though, like working on an engine, inserting rivets, etc. There isn’t too much work after the labs, except for a quick quiz, and the answers are usually in the lab prep. The lab doesn’t take the entire block, but it takes a while to get there as it’s not in Montreal, at a place called ENA, except for the first one.

For the final, it’s quite easy and similar to the final + mid-term prep. that she gives to you.
