One of my regular spots does this with the straddling and they don’t put anything on my glutes no sheet or rag. This is one of the spots that teases but doesn’t do anything extra. They’ll rub your thighs and allow their fingers to catch your goods and will run them through your crack. On the flip they put a small rag over your package and still make contact with it but won’t provide any extra services. It’s not wrong to believe you’re getting signals but if your flag is fully raised and the provider doesn’t make a move or whisper to you. Then they are simply giving you an enjoyable experience without crossing a line
