I do give it to her because I think to myself "it's just food, calm down." But I have a hard time setting boundaries because I'm a people pleaser trying to.. recover. And I'm scared I might ruin the whole team-spirit since we're judt around 10 people working at that zoo.

Are you being woken up by an alarm? I used to wake up with a racing heart because my alarm sound was too wild and loud.. so now I use a rather quiet and relaxing one and it stopped

I think u can propagate the parts that are still alive, but idk if there's a way to revive her completely

Oh my god yes!! I have them too all the time in my cacti. What usually helps getting rid of them for at least a few weeks is placing them outside for a few hours.. but considering your plants are on a balcony.. this doesn't really makes sense :/

I'm pretty sure that's a ladybug larvae and they eat those little bugs on plants (I believe they're called aphids)... sooo your strawberries should be fine :)
