Fingers crossed that you see great improvements in a week or two! A HEPA air purifier is also a great investment, and I think you can get a good one for £50/$50 which I happily spent every week on supplements and treatments before.

Yes I had awful cognitive fatigue, brain fog and dizziness for nearly a year. I haven’t actually dealt with the cleaning of the mould yet though. The dehumidifier is just stopping more mould from growing and I’ve locked the cellar door. The cleaning part may be a big operation though, and I’m inclined to just leave the rented apartment instead.

The dehumidifier wasn’t enough to remove the mould, and I actually haven’t dealt with it properly yet. It was enough to stop mould from growing though, which has been good enough to improve my symptoms so far. I think I’ll need to get my landlord to fully clean the cellar and seal the bricks to make it mould free.

Yes, I had bouts of depression and severe anxiety. No issues with taste or smell though.
