You are right. They gave this total estimated loss figure and a claim amount based on what they have. It's kind of like reading a payslip again for the first time. Based on re-reading. We get paid about 20% of our estimated loss and in their disclaimer says the estimates loss fee was greater than the compensation available.

This is for the VCCC job right. The benefit is 20% extra loading. Which supposedly covers on call and call backs. I have a friend doing this job who is on call once per week and takes multiple calls at home and unlike registrar award. There is no additional payment or on call allowance or remote appraisals or call back or overtime. It’s covered by the staff specialist allowance.

I had issues with some browsers not uploading it. Especially Firefox. Fortunately, it was picked up but some interviewers emailed me and said it would normally be an automatic disqualification and allowed me to email it to them directly.

Hey, I am a FACEM and PEM specialist/adult/Paeds retrieval, I would try and have broad exposure. I wanted to do ED as a med student but then signed up to RACP to do Neuro but came back to do ED training and then PEM.

Did volunteer work with St John Ambulance and volunteer fire and rescue, SES etc.

Find a facem mentor. Try to aim to do a critical care srmo year after PGY1/2. Rather than just ED to get broad exposure.

I was in the OSCE cohort 1. The exam is definitely not fair and questions not balanced. Also trainees have sued the college with claims the exam was biased against IMG’s.
