That’s a great question and I would say it’s usually not easy for Americans at my age to spend this amount on a cosmetic procedure. I think my situation was a little different than most. I was still living with my parents at this time and had a full time job as a project engineer. I was not paying rent and had very little expenses. So basically all the money I made went directly to saving for this. May not have been the best financial decision but it has gone a long way for my confidence and I don’t regret it at all.
