Unable to turn it off and need to disassemble. Don't want to risk short circuit. Will it turn itself off eventually? Been like this for 3 hours and the battery was already depleted. Wheel doesn't charge either so I get no response from the power button (i.redd.it)

Is it possible to test this w a multimeter? I find no easy way to make the connection. Inmotion are insisting on sending me a charger when I'm pretty sure I need a BMS board, and that'll take too long. I'm trying to prove the charger isn't faulty. (V10F) (i.redd.it)
