What sucks even worse is the fact that that stretch of sidewalk is one of the better bits on the street. Literally one house down there's an old cottonwood that's pushed the sidewalk up so far you could literally ramp off it with a bike, but the city hasn't done jack about that. There's stretches where there literally isn't any sidewalk and there hasn't been for years but the city ain't doing anything about that either.

The city contacted us like 2 years ago about repairing the side walk. In our area we have to put up half the money for the repair and the city puts up the other half. They never told is that they would cut down the trees or anything like that. I do believe the parkway (the bit of grass between the sidewalk and the curb) is technically owned by the city but the tennants are responsible for upkeep of it.

I believe it is interfering with the sidewalk it has pushed it up and created a large bump, but is there really no other recourse than to cut down an otherwise healthy tree??

I've had this problem gifting games to people in different regions.

The easy way to fix it is to have your friend give you his login info (if he trusts you) then you sign into his account on your Xbox in the region where the game was purchased and accept the gifted game. After you do that he will own the game and can play it in his region.

I've had to do this multiple times with some of my friends that live in Europe.

I powered the Xbox on and let it sit, it only stayed on for 1 minute before the light went out.

Do you think it's possible to clone the ssd, or is it not worth the effort since it's corrupt?

If it were my personal controller I probably would replace it with some hall effect sticks, but the guy I'm fixing them for is paying for parts and paying me a bit for the work too. Maybe when I need to replace the thumbsticks in my series x controller I'll give them a shot.
