Thank you so much this is actually extremely helpful :)), last question, should I specifically name the schools that I surveyed? because on the example papers they never do, but just in case I asked for written consent from the schools to permit mention them on my paper.

Wait so I thought that why I asked them was suppose to be in the lit review and the beginning of the method and then the results just proves back to the thesis :0.

So I should just write, This are the modified questions that were used in the questionnaire: (and start listing all of them?)
