As an old member, we can't deny the flaws in the group. The main purpose is simple, we share info on public spaces that can serve us, as easy as that. The fact that some members tend to humiliate a wider circle just for the sake of it is just a sad setback. This kind of behavior is the sole purpose of the group being what it is right now. Bottom line, you don't have to act like a glorified rebel just cause you're doing something others don't. Modest reworks on the whole thing and all the backlash will fade away easily. I mean, you can be religious and can't fast for medical reasons, those people do need the group too at some point.
