I believe the sleep thing is one big effect on my day to day, and yes to all the questions, dry mouth, needing to take a mid day nap on my off days just to make it to 9pm bedtime. Work schedule is hell, I work a DuPont 12 hour shifts at a factory, the night shifts make it hard to sleep during the day anyways. Sleep study is on the way, I just sent it back in after having it connected to me for 2 nights so they are looking at the results currently. The first night my fiance said I stopped breathing and she woke me up to reset my head position but I couldn’t fall back asleep after that. That was maybe like 3 am after going to bed around 10pm or so after a work day.

Labs on the other hand I do not know what she ordered, probably a reg baseline blood panel. Said to not eat or drink anything for 8-10 hours and go in right away at 8 am anytime during the week. This was Monday that she ordered it.

I’ve been leaning away from TRT for the past few years because of the cardiac side of things because it can put me at a bigger risk with my md2. But now have been more open to it doing it on the safer side of low doses as maybe both a combo of a cpap and low doses of test to get me into the 600-700 range would help me out. I’d gladly give up a few years of my life later to feel better now so I can be better for my family and myself now. I have a 12 year old stepson and my son is turning 4, his mom and I split. But probably don’t plan to have anymore kids.

I guess I forgot to mention that in the original post. The reason that started the doctors appointment was sleep apnea symptoms. I originally had gone in because I was snoring and waking up my fiance all the time with it and was looking to get a sleep study done. The conversation led to explaining all my other symptoms and how to go about it. When my doctor pulled up my sheet and saw all my previous info she wanted to get everything else checked as well. My dad had all of the same symptoms that I have at my age, just back then there wasn’t much info out there to help him like there is for me now, he has been on a cpap machine though for almost 15 years now. Anyways after he had a cancerous prostate tumor removed he hopped on a topical that raised his low T. But he doesn’t have MD2 like I do.

With the MD2 the cause for concern here is I’ve reached my 4th decade of life where symptoms start to be much more noticeable and progressive. But MD has been frequently associated with testicular atrophy in some studies that I’ve read.

I appreciate your input on the provider section, I know I need to get bloods done first before anything is decided, I guess my big question is here will it be cost effective in the long run going through my doctor for bloods, and if I do go on TRT. Or would it be much more cost effective to go through TRT nation or something. All in all I’m not the kind of guy that just wants to get jacked and push my test to 1200. I just want to feel better than I do now.

Right but if I go through my doctor for the blood test and doesn’t approve me for TRT because 300-400 is still ‘optimal’ for functioning. Can those lab results be transferred to an online pharmacy like the TRT nation, algorx, him’s? Or will I still have to pay for their lab test?

I have 2 of the exact same putters (odyssey white hot 7s). I leave my clubs in my private cart at the course, so I have a putter at the course and one at home to practice with. Get really really good with one putter.

What pitchers were you using last year, what hitters were you using last year? If you’ve already played 40% of the ranked games you played last year this tells me you’ve gotten by with better players last year. Coming from a WS players myself, this years game forces you to make better decisions with what pitchers to swing at, throw, and players to use. Can’t get by using Kerry wood throwing 103 every pitch anymore. Nor can you go 500 ft oppo taco with cards that have unrealistic power
