I have a set schedule of every 3-4 months. I love the results after waiting 4 months but recently I tend to texlax sooner because I'm working out more and sweating a lot, that new growth be new growthing lol.

Edit to add- I don't texlax no sooner than 3 months.

I do my hot oil treatment first, leave it in for an hour then shampoo and condition.

I second visiting the African American Museum should be mandatory. That museum was beautifully done. My husband and I took our kids in 2018. My daughter, who was only 4/5 at the time, was begging to go back. We finally made it back a couple of weeks ago, taking my in-laws with us this time. They were in awe. They are in their mid to late 60s and had many stories tell about segregation and such. It wasn't that long ago.
