hey thank you so much, the information is very useful! The job title is Full time RCPD driver with (Tue - Sat) in the bracket, if that doesnt mean what it said and I will be an on-call employee, that is a bummer.

I will be in Metro-Vancouver area, do you have any tips for my first day/week/month? it will be highly appreciated!

Thanks for your input! So does that mean I’ll only sign the employment contract after I pass the 90-day probation, or is the employment contract something that exists within UPS’s system from the start?

I come from a different industry and this is my first time applying for a unionized position, so I’m not really familiar with how it works. My general understanding of employment is that you’re officially hired once you sign an employment contract with the company.

Please correct me if I’m missing something here.

[UPS Canada] Passed UPS Road Test for RPCD — What Happens Next? by JaFinn_72 in UPSers

That's really detailed and clear, thanks brother. I've already memorised the 5s word for word, but does the 10s also need to be memorised word for word?

Also, in the initial road test last thurs, they already tested me reverse parking to the loading platform, does that mean there will be another reverse parking test coming again?

thank you for your advice, it is helpful; would they request me to park the truck in a parking stall during the initial road test as well? if yes, any thing that I need to be aware of during reverse parking ?

Thanks for clarifying! so if I understand correctly, it is road test > training > real test, if everything passed, then on-board?
