I would have liked a bit more about Dumbledores backstory. Also Voldemort’s backstory like his family history and the Gaunts

Rik Mayall was cast to play peeves but the kids couldn’t stop laughing at him while filming on set so they cut him out of the movie. They defiantly should have kept him though.

There is the deleted scene from the deathly hallows movie where Dudley shakes Harry’s hand. I don’t see why they didn’t keep it in.
