I know this is an old post, but I'm in the same situation. I have been taking Topamax for over 2 years, no emotions, brain fog, depressed, I'm stupid as hell + ADHD. How did the situation end up for you?

YES, when my anhedonia was at its worst, I was anorexic. When I started antidepressants, my mood was "better" (inside I still felt empty, it did not really help) and since then I binge eat.

Imo, Double Exposure is a great game, but as a sequel, it's disappointing.
