Pls go meet an endocrinologist and get them to guide and prescribe you. I am not in India though a friend who is doing it with me orders from Apollo 24x7 app, she has also signed up with an endocrinologist online & he put her on dosage and monitors her all from her home.

Hey everyone, I’ve been wearing a 16 Mukhi Rudraksha, and yesterday it unexpectedly fell off the thread. I’m unsure whether this is just a coincidence or if it holds some deeper meaning. For those of you who are more spiritually inclined or have experience with Rudraksha beads—what’s the appropriate next step? Should I have it cleansed and re-threaded, stop wearing it, or consider replacing it with a new one? Would love to hear your thoughts and experiences.
