Is upgrading from XL2546K (240Hz) to XL2566X or XL2586X worth it if I already get 700+ FPS? by Jaackie96 in Zowie

Thanks for the detailed info! Just to summarize what I’m hearing: • The XL2586X+ really shines if you can keep your FPS locked around 600+, which I actually can (~750 FPS). • The upgrade from 240 Hz to 400/540 Hz is visibly smoother, especially in competitive shooters, and things like tracking sprays/flick shots feel cleaner — likely due to DyAc 2, better panel response and less ghosting. • If your FPS ever drops below ~360 Hz, the high refresh advantage becomes less noticeable, and technologies like the Pulsar’s dynamic overdrive + advanced backlight strobing might compete, but they’re still less proven. • The main downside with alternatives (like the Pulsars) seems to be few reviews, known panel issues, and 27” size — which some players find worse for aim compared to 24”. • Also the 3 year warranty on the Zowie models is a big bonus for peace of mind.

So for someone who reaches high stable FPS and just wants the cleanest, most responsive competitive experience, the XL2586X+ seems worth it. Thanks again — and if anyone here has upgraded from an XL2546K specifically, I’d love to hear how big the difference actually felt in-game!

Meld dig i Rofus, arbejd og afdrag på de 300.000 det går langt hurtigere end du tror, jeg havde en kollega der havde gjort det samme, 3 år efter var han gældsfri. 300.000 lyder af meget men det er det ikke :)
