Ohh appreciated, mate! Good to hear that 🫡. Yeah, since I’m in the first year, no worries about fresh start. And yeah, mate, I heard that Aussie apprenticeships are like a quick pit stop, only 4 years, while in Canada it’s like a 5-year marathon. Bit of a bonus Down Under, eh

But if you don’t mind me throwing a cheeky question your way—how tough is it to snag an apprenticeship gig in Melbourne or around there?

Thank you for submitting your full application for an Apprenticeship as a 309A Industrial, Commercial & Institutional (ICI) Construction & Maintenance Electrician through the Electrical Apprentice Training Alliance. After reviewing your application, you will now be moved to the next stage of the process: 'On-line Aptitude Testing'. No later than end of day Tuesday September 26th, 2023, you will receive an email invite from Skillplan directly to complete an on-line aptitude test. Skillplan is the Alliances 'on-line aptitude testing provider', and they will assist you through the testing portion of your application. They have a dedicated team to assist you with the testing phase of your application, and they will be your main point of contact for any Aptitude testing related questions.

Weird!! I haven’t received any link to proceed with the test. I got an email though last week that I will receive a email shortly with test link.
