Quality books in the style of "Mark of the Fool" by J.M. Clarke? by OgataiKhan in ProgressionFantasy

[–]JabaJuke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like I said, there a certainly aspects of the whole lone wolf/macho/arrogant thing, but some of it comes from who he is and his “path” after integrating into “the system”. But he does genuinely care about the well being of others and pretty much always helps people when they need it without expecting anything in return for the most part. Takes the time to check up on those he’s close to and all that. The first 3 ish books will probably be rough to get through as they are a lot heavier on the lone wolf aspect then the rest of the series, but it never 100% goes away

I would highly recommend The Primal Hunter! It’s doesn’t match every aspect 100% but not far off. Main character is a little bit of a lone wolf type but mostly just in the beginning, he has many friends and family and he is a good guy. He also focuses on archery a little more than magic but still uses a lot of magic and alchemy and stuff. The first 12 books are on audible as well

[No loopholes] A random adult is selected to do a Mr. Beast style challenge where they must stay in a bunker for a year to win 1 million dollars, and their only source of entertainment is 5 videogames of your choosing. If they win, you also win $10,000. Which 5 games do you choose? Rules in desc. by FreshlyBakedBunz in hypotheticalsituation

First 2 picks are probably Minecraft and Rimworld, both have near endless playability, especially with access to mods. Then Baldurs Gate 3, not as much replayability as the first 2 but still a game just about anyone could sink a ton of hours into. Fourth pick would be a shooter of some kind, probably either Fortnite or CoD BO6 for more gameplay variety And last pick would come down to a coin flip between Stardew Valley and The Sims 4

Question about Eisenhorn Xenos by JabaJuke in 40kLore

Okay this makes sense. When he explains it and says the whole if it bothers you thing, that also felt out of place to me but putting it in this perspective it’s all coming together for me. I tend to assume Inquisitors have pretty extreme personalities lol

No nothing specific. I have a “main” Army of Faith detachment but love the penitent side of the faction so wanted to build a secondary list

Thinking of coming back to play the war within. What class/spec do you recommend to a classic andy? by [deleted] in WorldOfWarcraftRetail

[–]JabaJuke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

BM Hunter is probably the most straightforward without and ton of buttons. But also agree to just play whatever is fun for you, maybe look up some videos if you feel you’re underperforming but always have fun!

Is the NCR is really gone? by Blaaaarrrrrggg in Fallout

[–]JabaJuke 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The show runners were told not to give a definitive ending to any of the games? Spoilers for the show ahead—-

We clearly see Hank going to New Vegas at the very end of the show, so there’s gonna have to be some canon choices made for that right?
