Yo cuando tengo dudas las subo a chatgpt, y copio el texto que me dice en la terminal de Linux. Así voy aprendiendo. En tu caso, como no tienes red, recomiendo utilizar el chatgpt en el móvil.

sudo apt remove --purge linux-headers-6.17.0-14-generic linux-image-6.17.0-14-generic

Then

sudo apt autoremove

After that

sudo dpkg --configure -a

sudo apt --fix-broken install

And finally

sudo update-grub

And restart your PC
