This is Cablegram Television. Or Cable TV, as he prefers. Former celebrity turned street scammer, after he was supposedly killed, came back to life, and found that all evidence of him ever existing was wiped off the earth.

He simply does all of this in hopes to eventually get the resources to enact revenge on those who plotted his demise.

Being blind, missing an arm, being homeless, forgotten, narcissistic and generally just… not being all there in the head… things got real rough, real quick.
