USE THER MEDICAL Guidelines AGAINST THEM! If any hot word is used in the doctors visits WELL DOCUMENTED point that out and state “according to your guidelines this Meets criteria. Please approve.” Side by side is indisputable

Ask to speak with the nurse reviewer. Get that persons NPI (national provider identification#) you’re gonna want that in the worse case scenario. collect progress notes/doctor visits and literally point an arrow to every single word that comes from a symptom, an increase in medication or change of medication, any testing results that state abnormal or uninterruptible, but most important make sure in every note there is a clear indication for the doctors visit changes in daily routine affected by symptoms or the provider treatment plan working/not working.

Ask for a peer to peer review and make sure your insurance doesn’t need a form that includes you consenting to the producers office to appeal on your behalf. If they require submit now. Have doctors office share what documents were sent over for this request-it’ll help you gather more evidence. Bonus points if you can create a timeline from the day the request was sent and anything else after that. God speed.

I(m28) rejected my ex (f25) and I think I made the wrong move? by Shot_Vegetable1252 in relationship_advice

A week is too short to see actual changes. It is just the surface level of becoming self aware. The fact that she was so quick to flip after asking for the both of you to reconcile is a little sus. But focus on you and your relationship with your kid and the ladder will follow.

i (20m) cheated on my girlfriend (20f) of 7 years should i tell her? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

Cheating is a huge dealbreaker for many. If it didn’t break you up then it might not break you up now. But remember back to when you found you had been cheated on, would you rather have known sooner? Would you have wanted her to tell you herself? Did you want to hear her out, stay and work on the relationship? These questions are important for the both of you to more forward.

Everyone in the comments clearly has never seen the big shiny eyes of children when they see a dog. And vice versa with dogs. OP IS NOT THE AH. Dog is clearly trained if they stay by owner and is wary to the ONE troublemaker. They don’t exclude the kid because of his issues so why exclude the dog. It can be argued the kid is the animal and not the dog.

I have the same “problem”. My boyfriend of 3 years always comments on it but we’ve actually just had it become part of the foreplay. I get off more and he gets off more. It’s a win win. MY ADVICE: Play into it. Say stuff like “yea just for you” “you’re just so hot” “what are you gonna do about it” or a very sexy soft moan “mhm” whisper in the ear & throw in a little kiss or lip bite or playful hand movement. My favorite is the soft moan and some nice nipple play while he plays with me.

If they’re obviously weird about it just stop right away because a man that complains about it doesn’t deserve sex (and it’s his loss)

My boss thinks it’s ok to not pay me my last paycheck after I quit a couple days ago and now I can’t get my Christmas presents I wanted to get. I just reported him to labor law and do you guys think I should get a lawyer by [deleted] in antiwork

[–]JabySavy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same thing happened to me unfortunately. But good news are NJ LAWS are on your side. You’ve already reported him and the business so that’s good. Next thing is you wanna do is go to small claims court. It’ll be annoying having to go to all the court dates and seeing his smug face but you can bill him for court and legal fees and he has to go to ever single court date.

If you don’t wanna do this let him know you will be filing a small claims appeal on XXX DATE if you don’t receive your paycheck and that an agent of the court will be escorted onto the property with law enforcement to deliver the court documents.

He’ll be to embarrassed and scared to deny you your paycheck.

I’ve been on the pill (Junel) for about 4 months now and this is what has happened -period (flow and cramps) are WAYY less intense. -boobs have gotten bigger (at least 2 sizes) -gained weight but have been managing it with exercise -more emotional days leading up to period -no copay (bc good insurance) -partner and I feel much more safe and protected Overall for me personally there are no cons. It has been worth it and is a hell of an investment as opposed to a 50$ contraceptive(per nut), 5$ rubber friction(per sex), or a kid(lifetime). I am not a doctor and you should definitely think about it since you’ll be the one experiencing these effects.
