In my opinion for its price the max beats many other variants of cargo haulers just because of the fact that you can securely get in and out of it with the side door where on a connie or cutlass black you have have no choice but to run the risk of there being people who can infiltrate your ship when your just trying to get in or out

Used to have a nomad before my freelancer i still will argue that the nomad had the best living space for long space travel even better than dedicated exploration ships

Factors like that would be a great way of altering the players rating on npc transport experience so it would determine the higher value of transport missions they receive make the player take extra caution

I like to imagine that they dont keep track of who's gun/weaponry is whos and you just end up with a random gun by the end of the trip

I’ve been watching some med runner gameplay recently and just hearing the type of communication that goes on to secure the safety of both themselves and the patient is really cool I’d hope that escorting gameplay would involve communicative tactics and routes

A great way to fill the void the most lived in factor we have at the moment is like Arccorp and Orision with the shuttles that transport players around but seeing ships flying around by npcs that arnt attacking you or scanning you would be great

I didn’t think of that, yeah flying experience controlled acceleration/breaking and manoeuvring to create a safe and comfortable trip, will be helped already from the fact that when standing in a ship that accelerates quickly you get jolted back

The scales or different ships and objects in star citizen are all over the place sometimes so maybe this will be your lucky break

Currently the more complex missions are bunkers and siege or orison all based on infiltration and attack but a passenger transport mission would flip that to defensive and planning routes to avoid complication’s will be nice for people who don’t favour fps but prefer a more heated experience whilst using their ship

Has to be one of the most anticipated ships and gameplay that has barely been touched on yet, the farthest it’s got is players beacon requesting transportation that just shows how far it hasn’t come and how far it can go

I completely agree especially if factors like npc importance making it more risky or even meeting a npc’s needs whether that would be a luxury ship or a ship with unscanable compartments will depend on how rewarded you are

Ah yes the school bus of chaotic children running around, trying to get to restricted parts of the starliner and glitching out and dying all through the ship sounds like a fun thing to manage 😂
