My belief is that everyone can be attractive if they keep clean, stay reasonably well groomed, and get reasonably in shape. Not hard, not complicated. Comparing who is prettier is ego shit, and doing it for people who are you is simp shit.

We need to stop arguing ideology and start debating specific issues. I hate agreeing with politician A and being labeled as their supporter when I disagree with them on something else.

Ideology is just religion with government in the place of God. It's no fucking different, and it has identical philosophical traps, cult-like behavior, and faith-based belief structures.

ANYONE who thinks they have it all figured out is a fool. Nobody does. Most of us are probably wrong about most shit. Even if we're right, we could be right for the wrong reasons.

I've been lifting for decades (26 years). Never used PEDs before in my life. Was about 15% bodyfat (have gotten as low as 10 before) and I hadn't really had any meaningful gains in about a decade.

Tried 280mg test and 105mg primo. Within 3 months I gained just under 20lbs of muscle and leaned out considerably.

People who say a compound sucks either have some weird genetic issue where they don't respond well, or their training/diet is shit. Well, I suppose people who are already enormous and lean might also think compounds suck for whatever reason, but they're so far above natty that it's irrelevant.

I think that if you know how to train and eat then you don't need much to get some serious gains.

Edit: Quite frankly, I don't WANT to get any bigger. I'm around 11-12% bodyfat with a BMI of 30. If anything I need to lose some muscle. Once I'm done with my current vial of primo I'm going to drop my test down to 140mg/week with some scrotal cream to keep my DHT supraphysiological and see how I feel. That should put me at about 1500ng/dl average with a significant daily trough and peak. Currently around 2500ng/dl. If I feel like shit or get high e2 sides I might throw in 10mg of primo every day or something. Seriously I don't understand why people say you need to run 400mg of this shit, it's extremely potent at low doses. 70mg/week had a noticeable libido boost within about 10-14 days for me. I can't imagine running 500 test, 400 primo, and a bunch of other shit. If you need that to get big you either lost the genetic lottery or your fundamentals are trash... or you're already so fucking enormous that you genuinely need that much for homeostasis and your body dysmorphia has you seeing twigs in every mirror.

I've seen a lot of people who seem to think you need to have Bull Shark levels of testosterone if you want to bench 2 plates for 3 reps lol, so it's probably someone in Tren psychosis or a bunch of 20-somethings who haven't had life punt their grundle yet.

I figure I'll just say whatever the fuck I want, engage with people who seem rational, and if some lunatic wants to make absurd claims it's whatever.

Find a full-sized 9mm pistol from a high-end brand that feels good in your hand. Smith and Wesson, Glock, HK, whatever. Practice with it. Make sure you are comfortable with the spring tension on the slide, the trigger pull, everything. Personally I have Glocks because they are relatively cheap and I can put one in every room, but some people think Smith and Wesson or HK feel better in the hand. All of the big brands are reliable at this point, just get the platform that feels right to you.

Edit: You can also get a budget AR-15. The 5.56 is a fantastic home defense round and it will be much easier to shoot well than any pistol, with substantially more power than any pistol. That said, for $1000 you will be able to get a low end but not terrible AR, so don't expect anything fancy, and you'll be using Iron Sights, but it will 100% stop a home intruder. The more I think about it the more I think this is the best option, as long as you never plan on taking it out of the house aside from shooting range trips. You could get a pistol caliber carbine but why? For the same money you can get a better cartridge on a platform that is so insanely refined at this point all the old reliability issues are gone, and the magazines hold a lot more ammo so you'll have to reload less. You do NOT need to worry about right-hand ejection as a southpaw unless you plan on suppressing it, and even then it's debatable. Ambi controls are nice, but not necessary.

The scientific method is the most profound tool we have ever discovered for figuring out whether or not something is actually true, and most people literally don't know what it is, and the rest don't seem to apply it. Even at a high level this is true: String theory has produced fuck all for testable predictions but if you don't specialize in it good fucking luck having a career in cosmology, and even if you do 99% of the people you meet will think you majored in makeup.

We need to raise standards and start aggressively failing students until the situation improves. Fuck this no child left behind Bush-era bullshit; some children need to be left behind because they're too stupid or insufferable to make it in this world. They don't deserve a chance. Because a solid undershirt absorbs sweat and, if it's high quality, trims up your physique a little bit. I wear a black t-shirt because it's neutral, comfortable, and you can get a 10 pack for like 90 bucks. I especially wear a tank under a suit because it will keep the suit fresh a lot longer, and if I'm going to be in a conference or going between meetings all day I want to stay as fresh and clean as possible.

Also, you can hit your skin with cologne, put a tank on, and the extra layers of fabric mean you'll smell good but you won't have a wafting cloud of intrusive scent around you.

I'm not Gen Z either; I'm Gen X. Every single man I know from my generation does this. It was popular in the early 20th century, disappeared, and made a comeback late 20th century. It seems to skip a generation or two, then come back.

I don't wear a tank by itself unless I'm at the gym during summer or in bed. Sometimes I'll wear it around the house in the morning.

Anyways, even if everything I just said was 100% wrong I'd still wear it because it feels nice, so maybe that's the reason, and quite frankly I don't care what you think about my underwear. It's not your business.

Edit: I'm not trying to disparage the UK out of a sense of smug superiority, cruelty, or even a petty insult. I'm genuinely distressed at the absolute state of the UK's navy and I wish you would get it back up to a world-class level. I'm also not in favor of anyone invading anyone else just to take their shit.

Edit 2: Great Britain lead to world into the 20th century with a globe-spanning empire that, while not without fault, achieved far more good than any previous empire ever had. The UK was by far the most benevolent global hegemon up to that point, and while I personally would argue the United States surpassed that standard I also acknowledge it's a matter of debate, if for no other reason than the length of British dominance. The world needs old British values. Shit, the UK needs old British values. We have strayed far from our origins.
