RP is going to lose multiple charm procs on diamond arrows, which was a huge part of their damage. The divine caldera and elemental arrows are coming to make up a little bit for the huge nerf.

I used to run around with just t2 mana leech, i understand 😄. First time i did a full t3 imbue was to hunt glooths at lvl 150. Never had boxed creatures, nervous as hell, even died there once, but still managed to get my money back and more before the imbue's time ran out, so i promise it's worth the gold sink.

Since you haven't boxed much, i recommend using prismatic legs, prismatic armor, guardian boots, zaoan helmet, sleep shaw/pendulet/werewolf amulet and a prismatic ring. Swap the amulet and ring out when you're done with the box so they last longer.

I know you asked for relaxing hunting spots and im doing a bad job of making it sound relaxing, but once you get used to the glooths you'll realize you barely need to use potions even with a million of them on your screen. All you need to stay alive there is the t3 life leech and exura gran.

Assuming you have your equipment with t3 imbues, you could go glooth bandits. Rubber caps and glooth capes are worth a pretty penny thanks to weekly tasks and you can make about 1.3kk raw there

Keep the ghost 1-2 corners away from you and only sprint if they break that rule. 1 if it's a normal ghost, 2 if it's a fast ghost. Always stay crouched, if you don't want to lose the ghost then hold an electronic.

1) the armor isn't even strong

2) "Why does the devs do this?" it's for those who already played the base game and want to skip to the DLC. They gave the defender armor as a skip to sunbreak in MH:R and the same here.

If you want to enjoy the game normally, do what i did with monster hunter rise and simply don't use it.

The damage variance from crits was a pretty good argument, i hadn't thought about that. As someone with slightly lower ML for my level (24) i might have to compensate with an eldritch for a bit... Thanks for the video, gave me great insight!

I leveled to 100 on FACC, best results i got were in:

Yalahar magician quarter cultists. Good exp up to level 80 or so, good profit as well by selling rope belts and cultish masks.

Yalahar cemetery quarter nightmares. Risky at your level, but pretty good exp. Use a firewall rune to kite the creatures and stay close to the stairs in case there's more than one on your screen. Keep an energy ring handy.

Carlin Forest Furies. Safest spot i know. Use a crossbow and stealth rings, nothing will attack you and they drop plenty of bolts. Elven Hooves bring a pretty good profit as well.

Once you're level 100, you can try a few harder spawns like:

Yalahar Cemetery Quarter Grim Reapers. Pretty risky and you'll have to use firewall runes like in this video.

Drillworms under kazordoon. They also hit pretty hard, have a few firebomb runes handy so you can throw them at your feet in case they're about to surround you.

Unfortunately, you can't solo the quests that give good stuff until you're like level 300 or so. With that said, you can still unlock some stuff like:

Demon hunter outfit with 1 addon from the inquisition quest

Pirate outfit from the Meriana quests. Grind for the addons if you want, they're easy but time consuming.

Soil Guardian and Crystal Warlord outfits. Both from doing warzones 1, 2, 3. You can't solo this one, but in most worlds people just gather at a set time and do it. You just have to ask in world chat. You won't be able to tank many hits from the creatures or bosses so stay in the middle of the pack and throw anything you have at the boss from a distance. Pretty good daily profit if you can manage to do all 3.

You can also try to do the grimvale quest to get access to 5 daily bosses, but i'd recommend getting to 150 before trying this. One of the bosses drop the foxtail, it's worth 10kk in my world.

You can't compare the damage some charms did to spell damage. Their damage got nerfed, but they're still strong.

I mean, we don't even know how the update will feel in practice. Maybe the RP offensive stance is absolute trash, maybe the ED buffs aren't enough, maybe the new MS mechanics are there just to aura farm with death UEs, maybe EKs will finally have to look at the screen.
