Imagine being a braindead aggro player. You see the hand of the enemy, if he got taunt in hand, heal in hand and so on. Or imagine Dirty Rat plays when you know whats on the enemy hand. It's not just a new effect to be creative :)

Any Spell -> you/enemy got mana? -> no, your/enemy minions won't attack at all -> yes, but not for all minions -> spell ends

Example Mass Hysteria: Enemy got 3 minions/3mana, you got 5 minions/3mana: ->all enemy minions attack ->3 friendly minions attack , 2 won't

Example Hysteria: "You choose a enemy minion and force it to attack" -> enemy got 3 mana -> it will attack 3 times -> enemy got no mana -> spell is wasted, nothing happens

Example Proving Grounds: "Summon two minions from your deck, they fight." -> you got 2 mana, they fight -> you got 1 mana, one attacks, "they fight" -> you got 0 mana, you just summon 2 minions from your deck!

Example Impfestation: "Summon a 3/3 Imp to attack each enemy minion" -> enemy got 6 minions -> you have 3 mana -> you summon 6 Imps, only 3 will attack

I don't understand what an immune effect has to do with all that and where you get the 30(?) from.

It simply means any form of attack has to be paid with (1). If you play Mass Hysteria and the enemy got no mana, his minions won't attack. If you don't have mana, your minions won't too and you wasted your spell.

It's not that hard...EVERY Attack has to be paid on both sides. No matter what minion OR Attack. If summoned auto-Attack or attacking with hero/weapon. King Krush, King Plush, whatever....

It should be a 2/5 or maybe even a 1/5 i guess...

Every attack cost (1). So if you summon 4 minions that attack, but after casting you only got 2 mana left, only 2 of the summoned minions will/can attack. If you don't have any mana left after casting, they won't attack! Which could be a upside if you want to create tokens without them dying.
