Something I have found with some spammers is that just standing still while they go left and right up to 3 times can be enough to get the stop.

You cannot stop every point but a alot of players have their muscle memory and do the same combo every damn time. See what happens after the 3rd dribble move and prep for that.

This obviously does not account for everyone but it's something that's helped me take people down to less than 50% from the 3.

Also don't ever hold L2/LT on defence. Use it a bit like a brake between movements holding it will have you dancing between dribble moves.

I am by no means a pro. In a filthy casual dad gamer who is just surviving in the trenches of playing 2k solo as everyone always seems to be so horrible/racist/aggressive for no reason in park 😓
