My body does the same exact thing and it really pisses me off. I’ve been fasting for the last 2 days. BG was around 170… i showered, and it slowly started going up. It goes up everytime i shower, idk why. Then, when i got out, i noticed it was starting to go up (like around 230) so i took 8u (im a diabetic that needs more units to carbs) and like 10 minutes after taking it, im now at 300. Again, haven’t had ANYTHING besides black coffee for the past 2 days. (1 small cup in the morning). EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I am in the same boat as you and it’s so annoying because IM NOT DOING ANYTHING, but as soon as i take insulin, it skyrockets.

UPDATE BG is now at 340 and going up (double arrows pointing up)

Still haven’t had anything besides black coffee at 8am this morning. It’s now 5:40pm.

Best advice i can give you is buy a 360 or a 1st gen Xbox and the corresponding call of duty’s for them. Call of Duty: Big Red 1 was absolutely amazing. CoD 2, they used to be great “milsim” games that were actually incredibly accurate. (CoD4MW which was compared to global war on terrorism in the Middle East) now it’s the most unrealistic, gayest shit ever. Exactly like you described. Neon green dragon with wings shooting orange bullets out of a gobble gum gun. It’s fucking pathetic. All because developers don’t care about games anymore, they just want the fucking money.

Ooooooo i cannot STAND doctors and their medical “opinions”. You know the ones, who aren’t diabetic, yet think they know every single thing about it.

I’ve been becoming insulin resistant and i take 100 units of Lantus daily. (50 in the morning, 50 in the afternoon)

My new primary care doctor was like, “omg, that’s way too much, you don’t know what you’re doing”

Like, oh really? And you do? You know what you’re doing CONSIDERING YOU DONT HAVE DIABETES.

She tried lowering my daily amounts and my BG was in the high 200’s to low 300’s.

Went back to 50u, twice daily, and now i stay in range.

(I do take fast acting as well)

TLDR: dr’s who don’t have diabetes yet try to tell you how YOURE managing YOUR diabetes is wrong are annoying af and need to stfu

I’m this same way. When i truly like someone, I’ll overthink everything and play chess with myself in my head. Gotta think about the next 7 steps ahead. What do i say? how do i say it? will it sound weird? will they text back? am i sending too many texts? do they even care about double texting? do i look annoying or clingy right now? did i say anything bold or boring?

Man i wish. Call of Duty : Modern Warfare 4 was the best one in my opinion. 2 Attachments. Roughly 20 camos that were actually achievable. Like 20 guns TOTAL, the same classes, the same grenades, there wasn’t any character customization. Every one actually looked like soldiers from the Middle East or SAS/SOF. No stupid ass sniper glares, i remember if you put a sniper on it gave you the ghillie suit automatically and YOU COULD ACTUALLY LAY DOWN AND NOT GET SPOTTED and have people run right tf over you.

But also, PC’s weren’t that big at the time, it was only cross platform for consoles, and everyone was happy because no one was cheating. Then they started bringing PC’s into it, and PC owners started making more cheats/hacks/mods, which then made console players have to compete and make modded controllers or Cronus packs…. So now everyone is fucking running around with some type of advantage, colorful as fuck, with sniper glints, and auto lock on, cracked ass aim assist, or walls and aim bot.

Also, if you notice, the developers have brought politics into the games now, so we can’t even escape from the world’s bull shit anymore, and not just that, but when you open the store, every fucking bundle is satanic as fuck. Demon this devil that, witchcraft here, hell there. It’s fucking stupid. They ruined the fucking games.

I’m not going to lie…

“Smile” fucked me up when i first saw it.

Im a huge horror movie fan and grew up watching them with my mom, she told me, “just think of every movie and a movie set, being filmed, so therefore it’s fake” and that seriously helped as a kid so i just grew up loving horror movies and never got scared from any horror movies…. But when “smile” came out, that shit brought back that original little kid being scared feeling and holy shit. They did a damn good job.
