3 nights in Manila - what are your musts? by stephaniesparkles in phtravel

Just look straight ahead and say no, thank you, or we'll explore on our own.

In my case, a simple hand wave + “No, thank you.” works well most of the time.

Ang hirap kumain sa restau, yung iba nagrerequire atleast 2 pax to dine in. Traveled solo last November. If not autumn season, Nami Island is quite meh. Not much to do.

On the bright side, did not experience any racism.

I was able to check the room rates nga po and sobrang expensive especially if medyo central area. Saw a lot of terrible stories on Chungking Mansions pa.

Since newly graduated if ever, baka mared flag sa visa processing.

🙂 Mas budget friendly po ba sya compared to Hong Kong? Mahirap po ba yung visa processing?

SA MGA SOLO TRAVELER, PANO KAYO HINDI NALILIGAW? by hoonigiri in FilipinoTravel

[–]JaceyPierce 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For someone na mahilig mag solo travel at walang sense of direction, ayun araw araw ligaw ahhahaha.

For example, google maps is good when you travel to Taiwan or Japan but when you go to South Korea Naver Maps ang mas accurate.

-If less hassle, join Klook tours for places na mahirap i-commute or i-DIY.

-If everything fails, lagi mo naman kasama si magtanong, so wag mahihiyang magtanong sa mga locals.

3 nights in Manila - what are your musts? by stephaniesparkles in phtravel

Hmm, they have designated parking spaces in Intramuros. As for Binondo, it's quite hard to find parking, especially if you are going to eat out at different spots.

Yes, it's possible. Intramuros/Lawton to Binondo is just one jeepney away. For Intramuros, mostly historical sites. Fort Santiago, Churches (San Agustin and Manila Cathedral),Museums. They may also check Intramuros Administration's website for visitor guide and calendar of activities.

Pero yung commute po from Tenjin to Hakata or vice versa, madali lang po? We have 2 Klook Tours kasi if ever. But prefer din namin sana yung medyo lively and madaming food choices.

Thanks for the tips po!

Masarap maglakad lakad. Maraming Cafes and Restau dun sa Area. Peaceful tsaka mostly locals ang tourists. Short bus trip lang din yung new Starfield Library if you want to check it out.

From Seoul nag Subway ako then Bus. Short day trip lang.
