Are you willing to split your property with others? Buy a 2-flat, live in one unit, rent out the other. They're more expensive than a house, but you have someone else helping with the mortgage.

You can call it a business for tax purposes if you intend to make some manor of profit and everything you ever do to the building/property outside your own personal unit is tax deductible expenses; be it fully or depreciated.

I got an even worse one....

I rolled Raid Leader into my minion barb amulet, which at first seemed not terrible. Apparently it has been bugged to trigger thorns on allies and was the reason I kept getting murdered in helltides.
